1. Applications and Use Conditions

1.1 ZH30 self-rescuer is a protection device for human respiratory system, it apply to mine well, fire disaster, anaerobic environment and poisonous gases environment.

1.2 ZH30 can act the role of respirator for mine rescue crew, chemical laboratory, tunneling, etc.

1.3 Use conditions: No restrictions on the oxygen concentration and asphyxiating gas; temperature: 0~40 celsius degree.

3.2.1 Prime oxygenating device use chlorate candle oxygen, it has the advange of born oxygen fast and safe.

3.2.2 Self-rescuer use flakiness  KO2 to born oxygen, it can born adequate oxygen with less smoke, low breathe temperature, low exhalation resistance.

3.2.3 Use glass fiber composite pad, it has good effect on prevent dust and wearing comfortable.

3.2.4 The flakiness KO2 must be according with the requirements of MT427-1995.

3.2.5 The starter of chlorate must be according with the requirements of AQ1057-2008.

4.2 Working Principle

This self-rescuer is a reciprocating breathe way. It uses flakiness KO2 and oxygen candle starter. When expiration, the exhalant air through catheter into gallipot, and produce oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide. The oxygen will go into the air bag. When inhaling, the air from air bag will be purged again by gallipot for breathing. The speed of oxygen produced is quicker than man consumed, so when the press inside the device is bigger than the start press of exhaust valve, the valve will start venting automatically. On the contrary, the valve will closed automatically to isolate with outside air. Chemical reaction formula: 2KO2+H2O ?2KOH+1.5O2+heat                         2KOH+CO2 ?K2CO3+H2O+heat
